If we are unable to deliver your package by the time it was scheduled, we will leave you a notice in our app and attempt to re-deliver your package later same-day or the following day.

Most deliveries are made within a 4-hour window, but delivery times vary depending on the destination, package type, the total amount of packages our couriers have to deliver, traffic, weather conditions, etc.

Yes, all of our deliveries come with online GPS package tracking so you can stay informed about your delivery status in real-time.

We deliver packages between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm MST, Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.

Great question! We specialize in the delivery of prescriptions and medical goods, but ST Medical is happy to also deliver most Last Mile packages and local deliveries (contact for specifics).
